Heatpumps use a compressor to create gentle heat that is recycled inside the machine, they do take longer to dry than a standard dryer but will use a fraction of the electricity, also benefits from fewer creases at the end of the cycle and less accidental shrinking of laundry, and if you want to save money on your laundry cost then this appliance will do exactly that.

    *Delivery is free within a 30 Mile radius of LL22, further a filed will carry a small charge (up to a maximum of 50 miles).

Terms and conditions:

CPR Domestics is a Graded appliance delivery service for North Wales and its surrounding areas, in most cases it will be a one-man delivery. Collection of appliances from us is not available.

 Section 1:

All appliances come with our guarantee and this is for unexpected mechanical breakdowns only (not cosmetic damages or damage caused by accident) and we will repair or give you your money back so long as you are within the 6 or 12 months limit (see details in section 2) and under the condition that the appliance was installed by us (installation by a third party will void our guarantee as we cannot ensure correct handling or installation, within reason*) we do not cover damage caused by misuse. Returns for ‘changed mind’ maybe excepted so long as the appliance has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging if any was present, there will be a re-stocking fee in the case of a return due to changing your mind post-delivery within 14days.

Installation of appliances that require a water feed; please be aware that any appliances requiring a water source, washing machines or dishwashers, there may be a small amount of water that drips or runs from the pipe work whilst installing, this is more likely when removing your old appliance to take away.

       Repairs within warranty are for brand new and refurbished appliances, the price of the part and repair (if possible) are free of charge, depending on your area we may charge a call out fee for a warranty service, parts excluded from the warranty are; accidental damages,  this can include, but not limited to; torn door seals, broken handles, smashed glass, broken dials, cracked or broken door catch or any damage caused by improper maintenance such as clogged filters and pumps, clogged drains, too much washing powder or anything that constitutes misuse or improper maintenance. Any damage to the appliance and its accessories that effects the normal function that was not present at the time of delivery will not be covered under the warranty as it is accidental damage and/or misuse.

    Any manufacturer warranty that comes with any new appliance is strictly implied only, and it is ultimately up to the manufacturer to honour or reject a warranty service, we have no control over manufacturer warranties. 

      All of our appliances are graded or refurbished, unless otherwise stated, please bear in mind that because of this, an appliance may have some cosmetic blemishes, and this will be reflected in the price you pay, which will have been significantly less than buying from a highstreet chain.

Installing applainces;

Our Installation service is for electrical appliances only i.e. non gas, we are happy to fit and plumb your new appliance as long as pre-existing connection points are in place, we would not be able to install an appliance if :

  • Any electrical/plumbing connections needed fail preliminary inspection or are unsuitable. 

  • Any water supply needed cannot be isolated/turned off or is unsuitable.

  • Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.

  • Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc. Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.

  • installation is for domestic settings only, we will not be able to install in a commercial setting i.e. 3phase.

  • We are not responsible for your plumbing or electrical installations and their condition, if we find that there is a fault with your existing installations i.e. blocked drains, leaky pipes, broken or wrongly fitted sockets or water feeds. We will try our best to point out the fault (if noticed) however it will be your responsibility to rectify.


If you’re not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll need to let us know within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. However, if you have used the product or had it installed, we may not be able to sell it to someone else as a new appliance. This means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund, or charge you for the reduction in value. If you have not used the product and it is returned to us in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund minus a re-stocking fee of upto 20% the value of the appliance, this covers the re-collection of the appliance and secondary inspection and testing before putting back in to stock, if you change your mind on the day of delivery then please tell the driver and there will be no re stocking fee. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the appliance. Any modifications to the appliance i.e. cutting off the original plug to fit a new one or to hard wire, extending power cords etc will immediately void any warranty.

Section 2

Faulty Appliances 

We have a legal duty to ensure that the products we sell are fit for purpose, we work within the guidelines set by the Sale of goods act 2015 to provide after sales support should things go wrong.

As a customer, it’s your legal right to receive either a refund, repair or replacement for products that are faulty or significantly different than described per the Consumer Rights Act. 

The following after sales support options follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 guidelines for products purchased from 1st October 2015 onwards.

  • If a fault has been confirmed with your  product within 30 days of delivery, you can return it in exchange for a full refund (please see section 1 for details on exclusions).

  • If you find a fault with your product after the 30 day cut off but within 6 months of delivery, you can choose whether you’d like either a repair or replacement (unless one option is not possible). If it’s not possible for us to offer a repair or replacement, you can choose to keep the product and receive a partial refund or return the product and receive a full refund.

  • If you find a fault AFTER 6 months of owning the product and you can prove the defect was present when we delivered it, we’ll follow the same processes that are outlined in point 2 (so long as the appliance is still within 12 months of ownership). We may ask for a registered appliance engineers report proving the fault was present at time of delivery.

You can get advice regarding your legal rights from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

As a graded appliance retailer some of our new graded appliances will come with manufacturers guarantees, these may need to be registered to activate, we have no control of manufacturers warranties and is ultimately up to the provider/manufacturer to honour or reject a service.

Please also note that our warranties only cover domestic/personal use; appliances used for business and/or commercial applications, or used in non domestic buildings  WILL NOT be covered.
